Jivochat plugin not showing up on desktop and blocking scroll on mobile

    Hi,

    Currently the Jivo plugin is not showing up on desktop. On mobile it has a position: fixed which disables any scrolling or clicking on the mobile version of the page. Is there a known issue with the current version?

    Hello dear customer,
    Our plugin shouldn’t affect on scrolling or any other functions on a website. It’s definitely some kind of CSS conflict or something like that.
