JJ NextGen JQuery Carousel not working in all past versions of IE

hello, i am using the JJ NextGen JQuery Carousel to display some images but am finding out from others that they are not able to view the carousel in IE 7 nor IE 8. I’m using IE9 and am able to view it just fine. And I even rolled back my Windows updates to use IE8, and I was able to view it just fine there as well, others however aren’t.

I’ve searched through so many forums and have not been able to resolve this.
