Hi all! I’ve been building my company’s website and bought a template kit that uses the Jeg Elemetor kit.
I’ve been having trouble with the header, as the pages are listed vertically on one side and the child pages on the other. It looks ike the JKit – Nav Menu is not working properly and I think it’s a problem with the plugin and not the template kit.

    I would appreciate some help

    Thanks in advance

    Hello @muskin,

Can you give us a screenshot and tell us what template kit you are using? Nav Menu widget has 2 display directions, Horizontal and Vertical. If you want to create a Horizontal Menu, you can change it in the Nav Menu widget settings as shown in the image below.

I’m using Gaudy template kit. The Menu Widget is already horizontal, but the pages still appear vertically. When I toggle to vertical the section only increases it size.

Below are two screenshots using both horizontal and vertical display direction.

    Hello @muskin,

We apologize in advance for our delay in responding. It seems the problem is caused because you don’t have a menu yet. You can try creating your menu first by going to Appearance -> Menus and after that, you can go back to Elementor Editor again.

You were right! It was indeed the menu.

The theme I was using didn’t have the option to create menus, so that also was an issue. I was using Twenty-Twenty-two and switched to Twenty-Twenty-One and got it working!

    Thanks for the support

    Hello @muskin,

You’re welcome, we’re glad to know. Twenty Twenty-Two is the new default WordPress 5.9 theme which brings a new Full Site Editing experience. This is why this theme has a different structure and functionality from the previous themes. For more details, you can read the link below.
