JOAN Not displaying on certain browsers

Same here after update Joan is no longer visible. Downgrading doesn’t help either.

How can this be solved

Hi guys we’re working this issue, once you upgrade to WP 5.5 something changes which breaks JOAN we’re close to a fix should be a couple of days. keep on the look out for an update.

Just an update:

We found this error in the jquery console:

uncaught typeerror cannot read property ‘post’ of undefined jquery

We added the following to the last line of the joan.js file and it is now working on all browsers again:

})(jQuery);

It would seem the updated threw out that little line of code.

After updating the Plugin to Version 5.5.5 the visualization problem in other browsers returned, in addition to making any edition in the event schedule impossible.

This isn’t the case on our dev site please provide us with a screenshot of your dashboard showing your current settings. You can send it to support @ ganddservices.com. It currently looks like this Screenshot

This error has already been fixed
