Job Alerts Issues

Hey, I just setup the Job Alert plugin and I have 2 problems:

1: It’s doesn’t support responsive design (page is cropped, even when displayed horizontally)
2: If you setup your account for job alerts and you receive an email with a job you already applied for, the email displays this html tag: <span class=”job-manager-applications-applied-notice”>Applied</span>

is there a way to remove this?
