Job application send to admin email

Hi Mike,
Thanks a lot for the great plugins.

Using the apply by email method, I’m trying to change the default job application flow from:
Apply Job –> Email direct to employer
to: Apply Job –> Email to Admin –> Admin will notify employer manually.

On the job submission form, i’ve added another custom field just to collect/store employer email but yet i still have problem to customise the job ‘application’ method to use admin email by default.
