“Job award” feature with payment integration

WP Job Manager is an awesome plugin. But I’m wondering if there is any way to add “Job Award” feature? Say, an employer posted a job and some candidates applied. Now the employer can communicate with them and award the job to any of the candidates. He needs to escrow money and when the job is done, this will be distributed between the candidate and the site owner? Same as Upwork.
