job board help

  • I am looking for a theme or template for a job board. Right now I am using Job Manager and while I don;t have it set up perfectly, I feel I am not getting the hits on it I would with a theme based job board. Any help is appreciated. BTW, in regards to job manager, you can check my set up here and if you see anything you think I can tweak that would work too. TIA!

    yes there are tons of sites. and they all lead to the same 3 themes that cost anywhere from 50-125$
