Job board plugin recommendations needed

I have just began a search for a job board plugin and wondered if any of you had any experienced with job boards.
I need a membership board where only certain people can post jobs. Mainly the two admins. Can anyone suggest a job board plugin that is user friendly and has the functionality that I need ? Thank you so much in advance ??
