Search feature, remove order

Hi all,

I’m considering changing to the WP Job Manager from our previous job board.

However, I need to be able to search for jobs regardless of the order they are in. I’ve been testing the wphired.com job board to see if this works, but it doesn’t appear it does. So for example, if I search “web developer”, I get 5 jobs. I would then expect the same 5 jobs again if I search “developer web”. And more jobs for just searching “developer”. I also need to be able to search in all the job descriptions as well by keyowrd/keywords. Is this possible, can anyone please advise on this?

This is based on WordPress’ search.

Web Developer will be searched like this: %Web Developer%. So its the phrase.

Thanks Mike, is there a way around this or is this a limitation of WordPress? I’ve seen a WordPress plugin where this works, such as on the link below: https://adremgroup.com/jobs/
