Job Board Template for posting both jobs and resumes?

I’m looking for a template that is free or paid depending on how good it is where i can create a job board where companies(or individuals) can post new jobs and job seekers can post their resume’s?
The ability to import job feeds from databases like oodle would be a huge plus as well while i build up the total amount of listings on the website.
