Job Board with special function

With a request for help. Maybe someone has a simple idea. I’m supposed to do something like a job board. If it’s finished, it wouldn’t be a problem. However, the customer only wants a registration form and not employee and candidate (as with Careerfy, for example). Like a member’s area where users can post mini jobs, or search for jobs and communicate directly with each other via chat or messages.
Does it make sense to adapt an existing (completely suitable) job board plugin or can this be solved with a membership plugin? Maybe someone has an idea or experience in this area and can help me. Thank you in advance!
