Job Categories field missing from [Jobs]

Hello,
I have an two odd issues. I have two sites running the same version ow WP and WP – Job Manager. One was a bit older, installed WP Job manager while on version 3.9.3. Was upgraded to WP 4.1 and WP Job manager 1.19.0, this one works good with no issues.
I have created another instance of WP (3.9.3) and installed WP Job Manager 1.19.0 (even if I upgrade to WP 4.1 I have the same issues).Issues 1
Somehow the Job Categories drop-down menu is missing from the Search Jobs page. On Search Jobs page I have the following code:‘[jobs per_page=”20″ order=”desc” orderby=”name” show_filters=”true” show_categories=”false” show_pagination=”true”]’
The Job Categories are enabled in JobListings\Settings by checking the “Enable categories for listings” and populating the Job Categories with entries in: Job Listings\Job Categories
Issue 2
In the ‘[submit_job_form]’ I have a “p” at the end of the Description frame. Looking at all the pages there is a “p” at the end of the frame just above the “Word count:” field….Any help will be appreciated.
