Job Dashboard login

When a member clicks login on https://aiatriangle.org/members/career-center/job-dashboard/ and logs in they are taken back to the same page with the exact same login option. I can’t find any way to change this cycle. I’ve tried resetting the permalinks but don’t know what else to try.
