Job error due to folders not being in open basedir

Hi,

I recently installed Backwpup, but can’t run a backup job. I’m getting this error:

Folder /…/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-4a17c6-temp is not in open basedir, please use another folder.
Folder /…/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-4a17c6-logs is not in open basedir, please use another folder.

I have tried to create a new job with exactly same settings from the old job but to no avail.
