    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We use UTC for expiring the jobs as this will be universal. For example, some applicants may be outside a particular timezone, and for them, the added expiry date for a job won’t be the same. This can cause a conflict. So we use the UTC format.
    But, please note that you can always expire a job manually. The force expiry option is only available within the Classic Editor only. Due to some limitations of the new WordPress editor(Block Editor/Gutenberg editor), this option is currently unavailable in Block Editor. If you are interested in the Classic Editor (old editor), you can use the Classic Editor plugin (official plugin maintained by the WordPress team). Using the Classic Editor plugin, you can switch between both editors.
