    is there a plugin or something to add a job filter at the side. something with a range-distance to a city. choose region salary etc…

    It falls under customization. There is no plugin available that fulfills your custom requirement. You need to understand SJB code structure first and then write a custom code for it. We suggest you please take help from a programmer to accomplish this task.
