Seems like your server is missing the PHP-Zip extension and the fallback PclZip has issues, please contact the hoster and tell them to install the missing extension for you, or you can try backup with Tar or Tar.GZ instead.

Please help me try the following:

– BackWPUp -> Settings -> Job tab -> Reduce server load -> choose medium, lower Maximum Script Execution Time to about 20 secs
– BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated)

Run the job again, in case it still did not works, give me the latest debug log at BackWPUp -> Logs and a full screenshot of your job -> Files tab ( https://prnt.sc/1bs38uz )

I would recommend you split the backup jobs into smaller ones, create a separated job for backup only uploads folder and another one for backup rest of your site.
Also checked your screenshot and found a lot of irrelevant folders, I would suggest you exclude them for smaller backup file size, also avoid backup hanging.
