job has started, but not responded for 10 seconds

    I alywas get the error JOB HAS STARTED, BUT NOT RESPONDED FOR 10 SECONDS when starting a backup. I tried a local file backup (database, files and plugins) and also via backup mail. Log are set to be sent by mail.

    I already checked: https://backwpup.com/docs/sending-in-log-files-for-the-support/ and https://backwpup.com/docs/sending-in-log-files-for-the-support/ but I don’t get any additional information. I can’t find any logfiles (not in the path where they should be nor in /var/log) and so I finally don’t have any idea left how to track the error down.

    I already cahnged the max script runtime to 300 s and also tried: define( ‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true ); with no different result.

    really wired… somehow sometimes backups start and there might be an hint why backups most of the time end with the error JOB HAS STARTED, BUT NOT RESPONDED FOR 10 SECONDS. May it be related to already running (very long running) tasks in the background?

    I have three seperate instances of wordpress running on this server. Is it possible that these longrunning jobs interfere with other? I absolutely cant’t find out why these jobs are running that long.
