there are some issues with your wp-cron.php file, it returns “invalid secret string”, normally the file must return a blank page, I did a quick check on Google and found that the string “invalid secret string” may return from WP-Cron Control plugin, maybe you could try to deactivate that plugin.

I also noticed that you did not enable alternative cron yet( Alternative WP Cron: Off ), maybe you could turn it on.

Thanks for you help with this. I deactivated the WP-Cron and I also needed to add an Authentication Method for it to start running. However it runs ok to start with and then just stops half way at 63% and won’t go any further.

Is Alternative WP Cron a plug in because I can’t see it installed.

Works great now, I just had to change the Maximum script execution time to 0 and it runs fine.
