Job Limit Reached

I am having a couple of issues:
1. During product creation, I select product type as ‘Job Package’ but when I publish, it is automatically changed into ‘Simple Product’.
2. Second, every time I try to post a job after purchasing a package, it says:
“Your job limit reached, please buy some packages from My account”
Even though ‘My Quota’ is showing the job posted as 0.Your urgent response will be much appreciated!
