Job Manager – Application Form Custom

Two questions:
Why is it, when I put my own markup into the admin area for a customized Application Form, that line breaks (
) are added where precisely I DO NOT want them ? Furthermore why are paragraph tags being added ? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of a custom application form ? When tags are being generated where noone wants them ? Where is the function that generates the HTML for the form so I can get rid of all the tags I do not want ?
If this is not possible, how can I create links for the jobs to go to another Applicationform ? (Gravity Forms) ?Thanks
