The designs you have submitted over are integrated by a theme, so while it isn’t possible to achieve a similar result directly through WP Job Manager, you will be able to do that by editing your theme’s templates, or depending on the customizations it offers.

We don’t provide support or documentation for that, as it highly depends on the theme you are using.
