Hi! I’m not entirely sure what you mean. In each job listing, there should be a box called “Set Company Logo”; that, in a sense, is the same thing as the listing’s Featured Image. You can use that to put any image you want, not just the company logo. How this image is displayed in the listing is then dependant on your theme.
