Job title in the permalink

Dear Sirs,

Actually each new job listing link is structured like that : https://www.mysite/jobs/ID and I want to replace ID bu job-title but I don’t find this parameter neither in the permalinks setting nor in the plugin settings. For the moment I must change them in the slug part of the page/listing from admin.
