[Jobs] Only short code doesn't list job

There will be a javascript error. Can you put the standard [jobs] shortcode back on a page so I can see what error is being thrown?

I have added [jobs] short code on the page.

I have the same problem and also for some reason, when I downloaded the plugin and installed it it shows as a Job Manager instead of Job Listings. And functions are completely different.

Never mind! It’s working now!

It didn’t work when I downloaded the plugin directly from WP, but now I downloaded it from the website and it works perfectly fine.

I think it may be because your theme is enqueueing its own custom version of jquery: https://glui.me/?i=e1jildkkwtmru8v/2014-12-04_at_22.03.png/

This is bad practice – it should allow WordPress to use its own version. 1.4.2 is very old. If you try with twenty twelve theme you can confirm it works there.

Changing the theme might be difficult now. The plugin works very well on the twenty twelve theme. I have contacted the theme guys to have a look.

Ok – I’d suggest you insist they leave core WordPress Jquery alone ??
