Jock On Air Now Schedule is not working properly

  • Hi,

    Jock On Air Now has been working fine but the Schedule is now having some issues and when I put programs into the scheduler it is saying that an item is already scheduled?

    I have rectified this for a number of days but the Thursday I cannot do anything with, can you please look into this?

    My dashboard is

    You’// have to go over your schedule again I couldn’t add anything after 10pm Wednesday which means one of your a time-slot in your schedule is over lapping ( you can’t set 8m to 12am for one day then start again at 12am to 8am you eventually run into a day that seems full you have to begin and end before or after midnight 00:01 or 23:59

    Hi,

    that is not the issue, the timings do not clash, the finish time on the wednesday is 10:00 pm.

    Can you access the dashboard and have a look to see what I mean.

    Can you have a look into this because although I have restarted the entire week I still cannot schedule anything for the Thursday?

    I need your help with this because it is causing me problems.
