Join a specific group is not working

What plugin(s) are you using to do groups? Depending on which one, we may not have official support for it yet. If you could let me know on that part, I can help a bit more.

Have you installed and enabled the Community Addon as well? It’s our free extension intended to help with BuddyPress integration with BadgeOS.

Yes, I installed that one too. Maybe I’m going to try the ActivityCodes instead.

Is there not an option like this available in the “completing steps” method?

Yes, there is. I chose “specific group” and tested it. But nothing happened.

Could you let me know what your set up process is? As much info as you can give about the specific achievement would be best, as well as what versions of the plugins, just in case that ends up being a factor.

That said, with a very basic setup for a badge, I was able to get it earned by joining a group, so we’ll try to replicate what you have as best we can.
