Join campaigns

    We moved a campaign from one site to this site https://neitilfyrverkeri.no/ a while back, and it worked fine after some adjustments. This is a campaign where multiple organizations are working together to change the rules and working with politicians, and many of these organizations have their own campaigns with signatures.

    So our question is as follows: Is It possible to join these campaigns in to the page https://neitilfyrverkeri.no/ and SpeakOut petitions somehow, by importing ex .csv lists or other lists?

    Yes, you can merge 2 petitions relatively easily. But it won’t work via the CSV file. You will need someone who knows a bit about databases.

    Assuming the petition ID is the same on both sites, from the old site they export the wp_dk_speakout_signatures table – without the signature ID column – to a SQL file.

    Then at the new site, after they have done a backup of course, they import the SQL file to the signatures table.
