Join meeting buttons sometimes don’t show up

    For some strange sometimes reason the Join meeting buttons don’t show up. I have deactivated all plugins and themes and the problem still remains.

    Sometimes they show up, sometimes they don’t. Also, I can see from dev-tools that admin-ajax.php sometimes doesn’t load. Is this an update issue?

  • Same for me! The buttons disappear randomly. Would be great to fix that.

    SAME FOR ME. WITHOUT THE JOIN MEETING BUTTON THERE IS NO WAY TO JOIN THE MEETING.

    I could not replicate this issue from my side. Does this happen for specific browser only ?

    Can you paste me screenshot or paste error here of your console log (if any related to the plugin ) ?

    To open the developer console window on Chrome, use the keyboard shortcut CmdShiftJ (on Windows) or CmdOptionJ (on Mac).

    Alternatively, you can use the Chrome menu in the browser window, select the option “More Tools,” and then select “Developer Tools.”

    Click on console tab then.

    Hi All,

    Identified the issue – From my side i was able to replicate this when using Mozilla Firefox. Fixed this issue in version 3.6.18 – Tested in chrome, safari and Mozilla Firefox.

    Please add here if the issue persists after updating to version 3.6.18.
