Join Menu bar with TopBar in Mobile

    Hello! Please, I need help. I have basic knowns about WordPress. I would like to join 2 topbars only in Mobile! Because I don′t like 2 bars like this one:

    Do you see green topbars? I want only 1 fussioned!!!!
    But only in mobile, desktop version is greate. So please hlep!
