• I don’t think this company knows the difference between paying customer and beta tester. There have been disastrous “updates” which don’t function at all and reportedly take down the site.

    The product isn’t bad (when it’s working) I hope they succeed but they need a change of thinking.

    1. Respect customers more, especially the ones who take you to task in your support forum when advertised features don’t work. Currently many of my issues (which I have taken considerable effort to document for them in detail) are ignored. I’m guessing it’s because I have displayed (civil toned) displeasure in paid-for features not working as advertised.

    2. Thoroughly TEST your software BEFORE launch. I don’t want to be your beta tester!
