Join Us Link not working

Hello,

I have a multisite with Buddypress usage. When creating a new sub site, the join us link would redirect back to the home page. I’ve checked the settings and it does not save or show the link that I placed for the url.

Now neither of my multisite are working properly with the join us link. Both are redirecting back to homepage. Please help!
