    Hi,

    After updating JoinChat plugin my site got affected and broken ! And by deactivating it, the site works as usual
    Please check the source of the problem!

    Hi,

    Unfortunately no ! Since I re-downloaded the old version of the plugin.
    But basically, I realized the problem of displaying and designing our pages designed with elementor and not displaying our forms made with Gravity forms on our pages.

    Is there a solution to our problem?
    every time we try to update your extension to the latest version, it breaks our site and prevents our forms from appearing on our pages!!!

    Of course we can provide you any information you need !

    5.0.11 version works well on our site ! We had to uninstall the latest version 5.0.12

    Hi, try with the last version 5.0.13. We have found the problem: an unclosed SVG may be breaking the layout.
