    Hello,

With the latest version of the plugin, there shouldn’t be such error notifications. Please update the plugin to the latest version. After updating the plugin, try to re-check and test by deactivating all the extra third-party plugins for testing purposes

    Best regards

    Hi,

I have done the update but the issue is still persisting. i tried creating another Meeting SDK as well as i did a domain change on the database and i changed all the details according the new domain as well. i can open on the app but not yet on the browser where still the error comes. unable to figure out why.

I am getting the exact same problem when I try to join with the browser. When I join with the app it works fine. All my plugin are up to date. And I have turned off the third party plugins for troubleshooting and it still didnt work.

Recently, we released a new version and have checked your website with that version. From our side, we did not face any problems. It is recommended to update the eRoom plugin and set the SDK settings for eRoom by following this exact steps from the > [documentation]

This could happen if the meetings were linked to a different account previously, and now they are associated with another account. It could also occur if the meeting was deleted or modified from the Zoom service developer console. It is recommended to check with a new account and re-create from scratch

I have only been using one account

I have created an event from scratch and still having the same issue

I did the domain change, but i changed all the details mentioned on SDK pertaining to the domain details. and plus i did try creating a new SDK as well. Also your document currently is outdated as Zoom Market place has changed the whole setup of doing it. you might need to update that too. Can you give us a solution to this? as we are stuck in this without being able to move forward with our project. Thank you for your understanding
