JointsWP theme won’t show

Hi! I’m new to foundation and sass, but I encountered a problem. After setting up the JointsWP theme yesterday, and closing my laptop, it doesn’t work anymore.. I’m running it on my localhost with XAMPP. There is no theme at all .Even though it’s active. just some content I put in it with a custom field. Other theme’s work with no problem at all if I activate them.

What am I doing wrong?
