Joomla To WordPress Migrator 1.7.1 Illegal string offset

    I′m not able to finish my Migration, I get Alerts and the migratet Post are incompleet.

    I′m running

    Joomla To WordPress Migrator 1.7.1
    WordPress 3.9.2
    I Tried PHP 5.4 / 5.5

    The lines:

    1628 $j2wp_search_string = $j2wp_url_change_patterns[$i][‘search’];
    1629 $j2wp_replace_string = $j2wp_url_change_patterns[$i][‘replace’];
    1630 if ( (!(strpos( $post_content, $j2wp_search_string) === false)) )
