JotForm shortcode

I have an existing popup on a page that includes a JotForm form via a shortcode.

It was working fine until I added a new popup that would run on the homepage of my site. At first the homepage popup would not appear. So, I checked “enable safe mode” in your plugins settings. And it worked.

However, my JotForm no longer shows up on my first popup. So I unchecked “enable safe mode.” No luck, however, the homepage popup still works.
