JP Post site in English

    Can you kindly add the english url of the JP post tracking page. Or can I edit the query URL ? You just need to add &locale=en in the tracking URL to show the English version.

    Hi @rashedoz,

    We updated the tracking URL of JP Post to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.

    To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

    Hello, Thanks for the reply. I synced the providers. But still, the URL is used for the Japanese language ending with &locale=ja. It needs to end with &locale=en to show the English version.

    We can not change the URL ending with &locale=en. More of our customers wants in Japanese. If you want in English, you can create a custom shipping provider.

    Ah, I see. I actually started this thread for that. Maybe there was some confusion as you said that you updated the URL.
