JPEG Bulk convert stuck

Hi,

Bulk convert stuck on “Receiving a list of files to convert”.
If change “Image types to convert” to only pngs – everything works well.
If change “Image types to convert” to jpegs or jpegs and pngs, then it stuck on receiving list…

I saw, that for some people helps:
* Changing the scope to uploads and themes – doesn’t help to me
* increase WP_MEMORY_LIMIT – I tried increasing to 256M/512M/1G + increase max_execution and max input time – also doesn’t help.

Tried different options in WebP Express plugin – no result.
Tried to switch off Cloudflare, W3TC cache plugin, etc… – no result.

Yes, technically possible use “Create webp files upon request”, just open each page step by step (all webp images works in this way), but it’s not a good solution…
