JPEGs not importing

jpeg files aren’t not being imported using the remote import function. Tried it with several jpegs extension files like this C4A7F099-13B5-467D-9651-8EDE050D0EDF.jpeg but they always return
There are no photos found or left to process at url
Even though the files are located on the same server
