JPG files not uploading

Write us a list of plugins that you use. Disable all your plugins and then check the work of CIR. Also try to check work of plugin on standard theme Twenty Sixteen.

Those are all the plugins I used and I deactivated all of them and tested CIR, but still did not work. As to the theme twenty sixteen, no luck there either.

I see that You use plugin Comment Attachment but there is no CIR in your list. Do you use it for sure?

I thought it would be straight forward that I use CIR as I am in the CIR forum, and referenced CIR in my last comment, but yes, I do use CIR. For sure…

Can you upload pictures using plugin Comment Attachment?
Do you have the same problem of uploading pictures via Media Library?

I do not have any troubles uploading photos using media library, however i do have the same problem with the Comment Attachment plugin.
