I have an image with a white background that’s being displayed with a black background in one of the sites in my network.

This exact image displays just fine in other sites. The same goes for when i use the provided link and change the image-dimensions. Could you explain how this came to be?

I’ve read in another topic that you can also clear the cache for specific images. Could that be the solution?

    Hi @bryaneekelder

I loaded the provided image and it was showing with a white background.

That said, I did purge the cache for the image. That may help with the issue.

Additionally, I see that the Jetpack connection to your site is broken. Could you please reinstall and reconnect Jetpack? That will cycle the connection and should repair it.

You won’t lose any stats or subscribers as that information is stored on our end.

In order to use our Site Accelerator feature, we need a working Jetpack connection to your site.

    Hi @lastsplash

Clear as a whistle. I guess that’s what went wrong in the first place. I’ll make sure to reconnect it ASAP.

Thank you for the quick response. Have a nice weekend.
