Jphotolio – Installation Errors? PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)

  • Can anyone tell me how to get round this problem? I am trying to upload the zip file or a template I just bought online and it comes up saying this at 94%:
    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hope someone can help

    hiya i have JPhotolio and i cannot upload images to the scroler…every time i click on the upload button the screen goes grey…does anyone know whats happening please?
