JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 and load-scripts.php error

    WordPress 4.9.4 running X – Child Theme theme.
    This is a staging website (not live yet).
    I suddenly cannot save EventOn Event Posts (ie new event items) that uses a jquery (I think) calendar to select the date –
    it saves everything BUT the date – I’m suspecting because of these console errors I’m seeing.
    I’m not sure when this started, I didn’t open the console to check it until the date suddenly wouldn’t save anymore.
    In last few days I upgraded WP to 4.9.4, and installed a new plugin but disabling that plugin did not fix.

    Culprit seems to be something relating to why Migrate is installed twice (and every time I save a post?) and whatever is failing after that relating to load_scripts.php …

    I’m really not technical enough with WP to have any idea where to start – any advice would be very very much appreciated!!!!
