jQuery 1.9 doesn't support $.browser

Problem:
This effects jquery.simplemodal.1.4.3.min.js and jquery.jgrowl.min.js. Causes error and prevents display of calendar events in the front end calendar.

Solution:
Replace $.browser with $.support
