Yes, the Rank Math plugin uses jQuery but not when showing content to the users or the search engines.

Can you please tell us where exactly are you seeing the jQuery calls? If they are for the backend or the logged in users, you can ignore them as they are intentional and makes the process faster.

If I disable Rankmath one JQuery-Request is gone…

Sorry for not following up quickly and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The only jQuery request we see in the pagespeed tool is of jquery.min.js which is a core JS, usually added by a theme.
