jQuery check uses wrong URL

Under Replace jQuery With a Safe Version, it says, “Your current jQuery version is undetermined. Please check your homepage to see if you even need this feature.” The link provided is to the WordPress URL instead of the Site URL, so of course this is 404 when the two are not the same.
