    I found my answer…. Better Youtube Embeds Plugin.

    If your using iframe code, add this to the end of the url
    ?wmode=transparent

    example;

    <iframe width="605" height="500" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/_MS345ptOH0E?wmode=transparent" frameborder="1" allowfullscreen></iframe>

    this worked for me after everything else failed
