JQuery Colorbox Not Working

    Hi, I am not a developer and have only been working in WP for about a year. I just activated JQuery ColorBox and I also have NexGen Gallery activated. I don’t see that it is working. (I copied the settings off of my old site where it is working so it matches something I know is correct. But still not working.) Any help is appreciated but please try not to be too technical. Thank you very much.
